Applications

Electrical Grade Insulating Kraft Paper is used widely as electrical insulation wrap on aluminium and copper conductors, and as electrical insulation between layers of wound coils in electrical motors, transformers, capacitors & other such electrical equipment.

Features

Conforms to the electrical and mechanical strength properties as specified by IS 9335 (1984) 3-1 Type 1.2-2H, and IEC 60554-3-5 Type 5B2-2H1, generally adopted by the transformer industry for top notch performance.

Available in thickness ranging from 40, 50, 64, 76, 100 to 125 microns in stock.

Excellent mechanical strength (tensile, tear, and stretch) makes it ideal for use in high speed paper covering machines.
