Nomex Covered Aluminium Wire & Strip
We manufacture top quality Nomex Covered Aluminium Wire and Strip. Bare dimension ranges from 0.71 mm and upward and insulation ranges upwards of 0.18 mm for wire. Bare dimension ranges from 8 sq. mm and upwards and insulation ranges upwards of 0.25 mm for strip. We use only EC Grade Aluminium Wire Rods (purity>99.7%) and Du Pont make Nomex Paper.

Zero negative tolerance and positive tolerance less than 0.01 mm for bare dimensions.
Zero positive tolerance and negative tolerance less than 0.01 mm for overall dimensions.
Precise in-house nomex paper slitting and regular quality checks ensure accurate bare and overall dimensions.
Available in reels of weight 5 kg to 20 kg for wire, and 25 kg to 100 kg for strip, or as per customer's requirement.
All reels are covered by layers of corrugated paper and stretch film to protect from damage.
